1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Matrimonial Manifest Beauty, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings require a signed contract and deposit.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. Consultations and trial sessions are separately charged.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before the wedding receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 30-59 days before receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days.

4. Service Delivery

We guarantee professional, on-time service delivery. In the unlikely event of artist illness, a qualified substitute will be provided at no additional charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
